The Liebster Award

Thank you Madison for nominating me for the Liebster award! I shall answer her questions now,

1. What are your favorite things to do? Hobbies, talents, anything!

My Answer: I like gymnastics, sleeping, giving advice, reading, I have a very special talent for writing that has turned into m major hobby.

2. What is your favorite doll hairstyle you like to do on your dolls? What is a favorite doll hairstyle that you can not manage to do on your dolls?

My Answer: I love playing with braids and ponytails! I have managed to braid even my layered haired dolls hair. And ponytails are so fun to mess around with!

I can not do French or fishtail braids, as well as some buns and twists.

3. What is your favorite thing to do on Spring break?

My Answer: I'm homeschooled so spring break really doesn't exist, but when I get time off it's usually playing on the internet, working with my dolls, writing, and talking to friends!

5. How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood? Do you know the answer to this riddle?

My Answer: A woodchuck could chuck all the wood if the woodchuck could chuck wood. ;)

6. Do you prefer lemonade or soda pop?

My Answer: So hard!! Lemonade is tangy and sweet and delicious, but soda is sweet and fizzy and bubbly! Personally, I would choose that lemonade soda!

7. Do your prefer fruit or vegetables?

My Answer: Fruit! Apples! Bananas! Peaches! Mangoes! Yes!

8. How many mini dolls do you have, if you have any?

My Answer: Three minis, Kaya, Marie Grace, and Samantha.

9. Do you want any more American Girl dolls? If so, please state them:

My Answer: Yes, my current number, (Eight) is okay, but I would like maybe another red head, and certainly an Asian and Africa American. Kaya and Josefina are also of my consideration.

10: What camera do you use to take doll pictures? Whether it’s a mobile device or a Canon Powershot A2300, does it take good quality pictures?

My Answer: I use the camera on my Google Nexus 7, it's okay. The pictures aren't amazing as it is just a basic web camera, but it does work and I use it very often actually.

11. What is your favorite doll video, if you watch doll videos/stopmotions?

My Answer: I really don't know, well, I do like the videos by DeenaandBeena on YouTube. (Check Her out!)

Some life, the Green brothers, (The lack of my sanity.)

I've been sick for like over a week, now that I'm feeling better I thought I should do an AWESOME post. (Even if it may or may not contain pictures.) That vacation post is going to happen, I promise. But I need time.

Okay, my past two, three weeks a maybe have been torture and delight. I became a Nerdfighter, which concludes to, I HAVE BECOME OBSESSED WITH VLOGBROTHERS!! They do have some ridiculously funny, but also quite inspiring stuff. The ever famous and actually really smart brothers, Hank and John Green, have given me needed knowledge. I give you, some amazing advice and stuff for life:

1. THIS IS NOT THE BEST TIME OF YOUR LIFE. Hank Green mentioned that he loves being an adult because he has a better understanding of the world. And I agree, I mean, my mom constantly tells me, (As I'm not even a teenager yet,) 'You don't know anything about life.' And I'm always going in my head, "Well duh. I know that." But here's the thing, your life will probably get to be waaayyy better after you get out of college and become an adult. Not an adult, an adultier adult. The adultiest adult you can be!!! Meaning right now, maybe almost the worst time of your life.

2. SPELLING MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Okay, this one is all me, spelling and using words correctly makes you look SO much smarter, so please use this guide:

Their: IT MEANS IT IS OWNED BY SOMEONE. It is THEIR house. That is THEIR dog.

There: IT MEANS SOMETHING IS THERE. The house is over THERE. We can park the car over THERE.

They're: IT MEANS THEY ARE, IT'S A CONTRACTION OF THEY ARE. THEY'RE going on vacation, THEY'RE making pancakes.

I'm not going to go into Your\You're, but if you understand the following sentence, you have mastered Their\They're\There.

They're building their house over there.

3. YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE FUTURE JOB PLAN. Seriously, I have three career choices. The first one (My dream goal.) Is to become a writer for Dreamworks Animation. The second is to become a Cyber Spy, this is an option for me thanks to my dad. And the third, (My if all else fails default plan.) Is to work for and takeover my mom's wedding business. Because she said I could have it if I needed it, and so I'm keeping it as a default plan.

4. YOU COULD FAIL ON OVERCOMING YOUR PROBLEMS AND GETTING PERFRCT GRADES. I'm not saying you should, but I'm saying you could and still be better off than bunches of people. So don't worry so much, it will be fiiinneee!!!!

There, an awesome post. Get used to this, I have a LOT more good stuff to post about!

Hello Everyone!!

Hi my readers!! I'm back!! The vacation to Florida was AMAZING!! I would love to just bust out all the posts, and Astrid wants to do the same since she only updated Madness and Fun With The Dolls once during vacation. But the pictures are everywhere! Some on my tablet, some on my mother's phone, some on the camera!! It's a hectic mess!! But what I can do today since the pictures are easy access, is give you a review of something I bought!

On the last day of vacation while traveling back home, we stopped at the AGP Atlanta!! I got an outfit there!!

Here's the bag... Guess for a second, it's a historical outfit, with pink in it!!

If you guessed Kit's School Skirt Set you are correct!! Now for a review,

The outfit is perfect for cold weather and warm!

An overview of the amazing outfit which includes; A blouse, Jacket, Skirt, Shoes, Hat, and Socks!

Personally,  I think a doll with brown hair or brown eyes (or both) looks better with it! You can also see the detail in the blouse here!

This is such a cool picture!

The socks and shoes. Note; The shoes are a bit hard to get on the doll once you put the socks on, but it works.

It's also a great warm weather outfit! All together it reminds me of a spring Easter church picnic outfit! A little formal, but also cute!

The hat is a nice touch, and the shoes are cute without the socks as well!

It's also totally adorable with the blouse untucked.

The detail and patterns are amazing!

Some photography!

Cute!

LOVE her hair!!

Some details;

The skirt is a thinner but amazing material, and the buckle up top isn't an actual belt thingy, it's just a cute accent! The skirt has an elastic waist band so it's very realistic.

I was amazed at the blouse and it's well thought out and perfectly pieced patter and stitching. I haven't found a flaw with it yet! It velcros in the back perfectly.

The hat is a felt material, the ribbon was a little loose, but not something to worry about.

The shoes are very well made and realistic!! With amazing attention to detail!!

The socks are knee high and have a small pink trim at the top. They're thinner than Molly's meet socks if you've ever felt those. They snag a bit, but no problems have been found.

Overall Kit's School Skirt is amazing! I'm a bit surprised more people don't have it.

Until I can update again about the rest of my vacation,

Train- At-Home Gymnastics: Post 1, Candlesticks.

So, you probably didn't expect this, but I practice gymnastics at home. (Parents can't afford lessons.) With my brothers help (My little video/photographer guy.) I'm going to be able to post pictures of me in some poses and videos of me doing some interesting things. But I am going to blur out my face as best as I can in stuff. I don't really want people knowing what I look like. But Post 1 of this, Candlesticks. I was playing around with them on a make-do mat in my parents bedroom.

A Basic candlestick. Okay, Candlesticks, while only a level 1 move, are still pretty tricky. You have to have balance, a strength, and skill. As you are basically pushing all you weight on your shoulders. (Literally.) Though the one I'm doing isn't exact, you aren't supposed to throw your feet back that far. But it was an instinct to pull them back to do Backward Tuck Roll. (Will try to post video of one soon.) Which I didn't want to do, but instincts are programmed in. Moving on to the last picture,

Then I took my candlestick to an extreme and did it into an L shape. (Well, an L from the other side. ;} ) If you can master your candlestick, try playing with it. I can put my legs back far enough to touch behind my head. And I can do a V shape with my legs, and other interesting poses. :) So, I will most likely have more of these gymnastics posts sometime. My list of moves is short, but even a small list, you can play with the moves and combine them into new stuff! And of course I'm working on things I haven't yet achieved. (Like my ever so wanted back bend kick over!!) Bye for now,

Owls and Hairstyles

Hello everyone! I was out yesterday and met up with my best friend. She gave me:

This little owl!! Thank you so much bestie!! I just named it to,

So now I have three owls!! The back one's name is Lola, the realistic one who looks tired is Kepler, and the new one is Hermione. :D

Now we have Astrid's hairstyle, it's hippy viking. ;)

So messy but cute!

Look at that!! I'm still wondering how I even did that!!

Check out The Dolls blog for a new post as well!! Bye bye!!

Abbie R,
